These three were filed by Shri John Baptist Sequeira against the PIO,

namely officer of Village Panchayat of Candolim.

Appeal 240/SCIC/2012

Appeal 241/SCIC/2012 and

Appeal 57/SIC/2011

are the counter Appeals filed by the Public Information Officer that is, the

Village Panchayat officer of Candolim against Shri John Baptist Sequeira.

Today Adv. A. F. D’Souza and his associate Ms. M. D’Souza are present to

represent the Village Panchayat of Candolim. It is seen that on 12/11/2013 Shri

John Baptist Sequeira has filed applications before this court praying permission to

withdraw all three matters, filed by him.

Adv. M. D’Souza also orally submits that in view of withdrawal of three

matters by Shri John Baptist Sequeira, his client PIO namely officer of Village

Panchayat Candolim also prays for withdrawal of the three Appeals filed.

Prayers of both parties allowed.

Accordingly the six matters mentioned above are dismissed as withdrawn.
