The FAA has recorded that the PIO S.P. South has informed in response to question no 3 to 11, no glow sign boards, floor tilling, repairs etc has been carried by PI, Shri Jiva Dalvi at Verna PS in the year 2010. However, a small area situated outside the building premises has been tiled by himself as the said work was required to make a smooth pathway specially to senior citizens and disabled persons.
- The second appeal was filed on 21/12/2011. And first hearing was fixed on 22/02/2012. Appellant ahs continuously remained absent even the then SCIC had given him six opportunities, before end of July though 2012.
