This Penalty Case arises out of the direction passed on Complaint No. 88/SCIC/2013, As recorded in Roznama of the said Complaint on 20/05/2014. This notice had to be issued as the PIO has remained continuously absent Subsequently, on 20/08/2014 the present PIO has attended the Court and filed the detailed report in the said Complaint case.

In view of this, this Penalty Case is dropped. Notice under Section 20(1) is discharged.

The Complaint Case will continue to proceed separately.
