1. This second appeal arises out of RTI application dated 24/09/2012 made before the PIO/ Dy. Registrar of Co-op. Societies, (Admn) Cooperative Societies, Panaji, Goa regarding details of recruitment to the post of Senior Marketing Inspector for Physically challenged personnel.

2. The Appellant has remained absent throughout the matter except on 04/04/2013 which was the first date of hearing.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 15/05/2014, Appellant was absent. The PIO informally submitted that Appellant has received promotion and may not be interested in perusing the matter.

3. The 2^nd Appeal memo has no specific prayer but mentions how the information is important for him to seek justice as promised by reservation for his category. In view of this matter is deemed fit for closure, as the real grievance has been redressed.
