When this second appeal came up for hearing it was observed and recorded in rojnama as below:-

“The Appellant is untruthful. She has to understand that when she files the second appeal on 18/07/2014, she has to disclose full information available till then. She has received the reply from PIO on 14/07/2014 which she has failed to disclose in second appeal memo and also not filed or brought on record till today. This is her habitual behaviour through which she wastes the time of everyone concerned and has been warned against on previous occasions, also explaining that this is unethical, and against the cannons of proper justice.”

Presently this appeal is dismissed as not disclosing up-to-date facts. If she so wishes, Appellant may file a new appeal in which all up-to-date facts are disclosed.
