This second appeal arises out of RTI application dated 06/11/2012 made before the PIO/Executive Engineer-XXI, PWD, Baina, Vasco-da-Gama regarding temporary sewage connection to alleged building coming up in chalta No. 227 and 228 of Pt Sheet No. 152 at Vasco Goa.

When the matter is taken up for hearing on 28/11/2014, the Appellant and PIO and APIO are present. They have brought 23 pages of correspondence including site regarding plan new permanent connection.

Appellant prays orally that once she receives these pages, this appeal may be closed. Accordingly, I have instructed the PIO to give has the above 23 pages.
