1) This penalty proceeding arises out of Showcause Notice dated 28/10/2014 issued in view of SCIC order dated 28/10/2014 in Complaint No. 134/SCIC/2012.

2) When the case came up for hearing on 19/11/2014, Mr. Ashok Kumar, now PIO is present and files a copy of inspection report and the letter received from Gram Panchayat according to which a resolution has been passed to demolish all the structures.

Hence the main complaint as well as penalty case 39/2014 are closed as agreed by complainant. Order declared in Open Court.
