This second appeal arises out of RTI application dated 26/11/2012 made before the PIO/Mamlatdar of Salcete, regarding certified copies of orders passed in case No. JM-I/MUND/TR/COLVA/57/87 and No. MUND/TR/100/Colva/87.

On the last date of hearing on 04/12/2014, Appellant and present PIO and Mamlatdar of Salcete present. Respondent No. 2 has filled his search report which is not of much help. However, it contains the form XI pertaining to 1988 which gives effect to the order of said mudkar case. This alongwith a copy of form No. I +XIV for the land for the years 1986,87,88 and 89 should establish the extent of possession and Mudkar right. Hence the Appellant agrees to close this appeal with a direction to the Mamlatdar to give him copies of form I-XIV for years 1986-89 within a month, free of cost.

Accordingly this appeal is closed.

Mamlatdar to give him said copies within a month from today.
