This Complaint is filed on 02/04/2013. It arises out of original RTI Application dated 12/02/2013 made to the PIO/ Director (Public grievance), O/o. Directorate of Public grievance, Secretariat, Porvorim Goa.

Complainant is absent. PIO is present. This complaint application is found to be identical to the complaint application filed by the same complainant which has been numbered as Complaint No. 25/SIC/2013.

In view of this I dismiss the complaint No. 26/SIC/2013 being duplicate of complaint No. 25/SIC/2013 which will be persued separately. Declared in Open Court. Inform parties.
