1) The Second appeal arises out of RTI application dated. 21/02/2012, made to PIO, Directorate of Health Services, Campal, Panaji- Goa, asking information with reference to some letter of 2007, its daily progress report etc. As he was dissatisfied with the replies, he filed first appeal.

2) First appeal order was passed on 14/05/2012, it observed that

“information as regard para No. 3 is furnished. As regards para No. 2 of the appeal memo, the Dy. Director (Primary Health Special Cell) have been directed to furnish the information, at the earliest”.

3) The said information as directed to Dy. Director was also supplied on 06/06/2012. The purport of this information is to inform that necessary order regarding TA/DA in regard to the doctors in the PHC as available in the file bearing No. 9-124-ADM/DHS/2007/847 dated 14/03/2007.
