This appeal has only a short point remaining after passing an Interim Order on 22/04/2014.

The background of these 2 appeals is described at length in that Interim Order dated 22/04/2014 which is to be treated as a part and parcel of this Judgement as certain directions were given to PIO.

On the subsequent hearing on 06/06/2014 the Complainant and PIO (current) Vaingankar were present. They have both noted the Interim Order passed, and PIO prayed for time to carry out the directions. A copy of the Interim Order was directed to be sent to Director Panchayat ( Narayan Sawant) and Dy. Director Redkar drawing their attention to non- compliance of their order as well as reminders both by BDO and V.P. Officer. They were also directed to call for say of these junior officers for non-compliance in the matter.

Finally on 23/09/2014 following rojnama is recorded-

“Appellant present. PIO supplied a copy of letter dated 05/12/2012, earlier sent by the PIO to the Director alongwith his remarks. Appellant has taken it as final reply and agrees to close this appeal”.
