This Complaint is filed on 22/11/2010 and it arises out of original RTI application dated 10/03/2011, filed before the PIO/Village Panchayat Secretary, O/o. Village Panchayat Candolim, Candolim, Bardez, Goa. The Complainant has submitted a letter dated 09/05/2014, to withdraw the case.

“Kindly accept this request letter as my application to withdraw the above named case regarding information I had needed to file public interest litigation cases. I was able to obtain the necessary information from other sources and the cases filed are reaching their logical end.”

In view of above, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

Order declared in Open Court. Inform the Parties.
