This Complaint arises out of original RTI application dated 15/06/2012 made to PIO/Principal, S.S. Samiti’s Higher Secondary School, Kavale Goa, regarding certified copies of circular and notice relating to non teaching staff of S.S. Samitis H.S.S. Kavale.

The Complainant remained present in the matter during his life time upto 13/01/2014. The PIO also remained present throughout the matter.

I note with regret that when the matter came up for hearing on 08/10/2014, Adv. U. Lotlikar for respondent school files a death certificate today stating that the Complainant is no more. Hence Complaint be dismissed.

The Complaint is dismissed as in fructuous. Order declared in Open Court. Inform the parties.
