This second appeal arises out of RTI application dated 29/05/2008 made before the PIO/Deputy Collector and SDO, Mormugao, Vasco-da- Gama, Goa regarding details of permission granted to musical web organizer in order to organize the Beat Show.

On taking up the case for hearing on 06/11/2014; the Appellant narrates how and why the case started but now orally wishes that the matter may be closed in view of the fact that late night new year celebrations which were causing disturbance have since been fully controlled by the Police authorities. Dismissed as withdrawn.

The second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, having served its main purpose. Order Declared in Open Court. Inform the Parties.
