This Complaint arises out of original RTI application dated 09/04/2009 made to PIO / Village Panchayat Secretary, Arambol, Pernem, Goa regarding copies of resolutions and notices in respect of an earlier non – RTI Complaint dated 23/11/2009.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 14/11/2014, it was observed that the Complainant has remained absent throughout all dates fixed for hearing.

The matter pertains to his earlier non – RTI complaint which he claims to have filed on 23/11/2009 but the RTI query itself is of much prior date i.e 09/04/2009. There is no proof that his RTI application has reached PIO. Thus the case is not properly perused by applicant.

Further, he filed this Complaint in 2010 and never remained present nor enquired. Hence the current PIO Shri Pritam Sawant , V.P. Officer Arambol since April 2014 orally prays to dismiss this Complaint. If the applicant files any fresh RTI query, he will be answered as per provisions. I agree with PIO.
