This appeal arises out the original RTI application dated 26/02/2013 made to PIO/ Executive Engineer (trg)., Elect. Dept. Panaji-Goa, asking for certified copies of information about Shri. Lyndon Monterio OSD of Power Minister.

When the matter came up for hearing on 12/11/2014 the authorized person of the appellant states that he is interested only in the question no. 13 of RTI application which is same as in his other RTI application being taken in Appeal No.113/SCIC/2013, hence he wishes to withdraw the present case. The same taken on record in the rojnama.

Hence the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order declared in Open Court. Inform the parties.
