1. This second appeal arises out of RTI application dated 16/05/2011 made to the PIO, Superintendent of Police Headquarters, Porvorim- Goa.

2. The Appellant asked for information regarding some re-instated police personnel. Information was given partly on 08/06/2011 and some questions, were transferred U/s 6 (3) on to PIO S.P. of North District and PIO SP (South District) who also gave information to certain points.

3. First appeal was filed on 21/07/2011 which was dismissed on 28/08/2011 on the ground that the Appellant remained absent.

4. The second appeal was filed on 21/12/2011, and first hearing was fixed on 22/02/2012. The PIO filed his reply before then SCIC on 27/04/2012 which was received by Appellant and thereafter he has not filed any rebuttal or rejoinder but has continuously remained absent even though the then SCIC had given him six opportunities, before end of July 2012, when the SCIC retired.

5) The appellant continued to remain absent thereafter too till matter came up for final disposal on 21/07/2014. Hence it is presumed that nothing more remains to be done in the matter.

Hence appeal is dismissed. Order declared in Open Court. Inform the parties.
