This second appeal arise out of original RTI application dated 09/10/2009 made to PIO/Executive Engineer(Proc), Electricity Department, Panaji, Goa who inturn transferred it under Section 6(3) to the PIO/ Assistant Executive Engineer(IPM), Electricity Department, Panaji, Goa regarding certified copies of documents in respect of power trading with M/s. Global Energy Limited.

When matter came up for hearing a withdrawal application dated 29/04/2014, was submitted by appellant.
