1) This Complaint arises out of original RTI application dated 23/01/2014 made to PIO / Commercial Tax Officer, Panaji Ward, Altinho, Panaji, Goa, regarding details of VAT returns and VAT Audit Reports submitted for the year 2005 to 2014 by Apex Computer Engineering Services, Syscon Automation and Techno world at Panaji, Goa.

2) On the first date of hearing on 18/11/2014 itself. Complainant and FAA were present, and it was revealed that FAA has not passed order in 1^st appeal. He is directed to do so as per Law within 3 weeks from today. If the Complainant is not satisfied he can come in 2^nd appeal again, which should then be taken up expeditiously.
