This Appeal was filed on 18/03/2012 in respect of RTI application dated 09/10/2009 during the course of hearing one Shri Kashinath Shetye filed application dated 12/04/2011 for inclusion of another Public Authority as third party which was rejected by order dated 25/11/2011. Another application dated 08/08/2011 objecting to appearance of advocate was also dismissed. Then the regular hearing was postponed as the post of CIC had remained vacant.

Thereafter the matter came up for hearing on 29/04/2014 before present SCIC. The Appellant authorized Advocate Mary Vincent to represent him. The advocate in turn has filed an application for withdrawal of second Appeal which is signed by the Appellant himself.

In view of above appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order declared in open court. Inform the parties.
