Presently, this case has a short point. Appellant and his Adv. Atish Mandrekar are present before me. Legal Retainer Shri R. Kalangutkar, present for the PIO and in his submission at para 4 states that the PIO is now ready with all the possible information and will supply free of cost to the RTI applicant.

The PIO is therefore directed to furnish the said information before 15/12/2014 free of cost. With this direction the appeal is disposed as allowed. Liberty is given to the Appellant that in case no satisfactory reply is received, then he can file an application for penalty under section 20 (1) before 31/01/2015.

Appeal is disposed as allowed. Order declared in Open Court. Inform the parties.
