1. This second appeal arises out of original RTI application dated 16/01/2013 made to PIO / Addl. Director of Education, Directorate of Education, Porvorim, Bardez, Goa regarding certified copies of leave availed by Principal of St. Theresa, Higher Secondary School, Candolim, Goa and lesson observation book for the Academic year 2012-13.

2. It is agreed by both the Appellant and the present PIO/Principal that within a month the PIO will furnish, by registered AD post, information only about leave account sought by the appellant. Hence, at the request of both the parties this appeal is closed.

In view of above, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order Declared in Open Court. Inform the Parties.
