This second appeal arises out of RTI application dated 13/10/2011 made before the PIO/Assistant Commissioner, O/o. Commissioner of Excise, Panaji, Goa regarding Inspection of files No. RS/FCL/1495 and certified copies of Inward/Outward Register maintained by the Excise Department.

The matter was part heard on 22/05/2014. When the Appellant was informed by PIO that file is now traced in the Department and he can inspect the same and information will be given as selected by him.

During next 6 months he has not informed anything to this office. Hence the presumption that he is now satisfied. The Adv. Narvekar for PIO makes the above presumption and requests for dismissed. I agree with the same.
