When this appeal came up for hearing on 23/04/2014, the appellant as well as Advocate for the PIO were present. It was seen from the RTI querry and the second appeal memo that the appellant was not specific in her RTI questions. She orally submitted that she wants to withdraw this appeal with liberty to modify her RTI application.

Subsequently, she actually filed a request to dispose off and closed the matter in the present appeal.

This was filed on 24/04/2014 but taken on record on 06/05/2014.
