Complaint filed on : 16/04/2012

1) This complaint arises out of another complaint No. 526/SIC/2011 in which the order was passed on 12/12/2011. The Complaint was allowed and Opponent PIO in the office of Dy. Director of Panchayats North was directed to furnish information to the complaint as asked vide his application dated 27/03/2010 within 10 days. The same has not been furnished till date.

2) The complaint was filed on 16/04/2012 and the first hearing was started on 18/04/2012. The PIO did not file any compliance or any reply to complaint memo. Thereafter since both parties remained absent inspite of notices issued, proceeding under section 20(1) were initiated against the opponent, and the penalty case 03/2014 is already in progress.

3) On the last date of hearing the present PIO appeared before me. He was directed to comply the earlier order of SCIC within one month. The Complaint case is therefore partly allowed and closed as above. Penalty will proceed.
