This Complaint arises out of original RTI application dated 28/05/2012 made to PIO/Then Deputy Town Planner/Public Information Officer, Town and Country Planning Department, Mapusa, Goa regarding action initiated to curb illegal construction in survey No. 343/14 and 247/2 of Tivim Village.

When the case came up for hearing on 19/11/2014, Mr. Ashok Kumar, now PIO is present and files a copy of inspection report and the letter received from Gram Panchayat according to which a resolution has been passed to demolish all the structures.

Hence the complaint as well as penalty case 39/2014 are closed as agreed by complainant. Order declared in Open Court.
