1. This second appeal arises out of original RTI application dated 25/01/2012 made to PIO/ Dy. Director of Education(Plan), Directorate of Education, Porvorim, Goa regarding documents attached by the Candidates and proceedings of Departmental Selection Committee of the Candidates who appeared for the interview of the post of Computer Teacher in respect of advertisement dated 10/11/2010.

2. The Appellant was present throughout all the hearings in the matter, whereas the PIO remained present only on 24/01/2014.

3. When matter came up for hearing on 17/10/2014; Appellant pointed to order dated 10/05/2012 by FAA, his request to PIO dated 25/05/2012 to allow him inspection which was not allowed and second appeal memo dated 03/08/2012 to which no reply is given by PIO.

4. PIO must allow inspection. I therefore order that appellant may write and then approach PIO. On his approaching, PIO will have to give inspection within a month. Thus second appeal is partly allowed.

5. The second appeal is partly allowed as per direction in para 4. At this stage the appellant does not want to agitate for penalty, but reserves his right to apply under section 20(1) if PIO does not allow inspection and provide information as directed above. Accordingly granted. Order Declared in Open Court. Inform the Parties.
