1) This second appeal arises out of original RTI application dated 15/05/2012 made to PIO/Village Panchayat Secretary (Neura), O/o. Village Panchayat of Neura, Tiswadi, Goa asking for information of resolution passed by Village Panchayat in respect of allotment of House No. 70 and 70/1 in Survey No. 90/13 of Neura.

2) When the case came up for hearing on 11/06/2014 the present PIO assisted the Appellant to search information regarding House No. 70 and 70/1 in survey No. 90/13 which is the subject matter of RTI application. Subsequently too, the appellant visited office of PIO and was able to inspect and collect some more document and take copies. Hence he submitted application on 16/09/2014 to close this appeal.
