This second appeal arises from the original RTI application dated 03/04/2013 made to PIO/Village Panchayat Secretary Paliem, O/o. Village Panchayat of Paliem, Paliem, Pernem, Goa.

When the matter came up for hearing on 10/11/2014, the power of Attorney holder for appellant Shri Johnny S.D’Souza holding for appellant submitted a letter to withdraw the case which state below-

“I am satisfied with the information provided by the respondents and hence, wish to withdraw the present appeal.”

Hence, in view of above, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order declared in Open Court. Inform the parties.
