1) This second appeal arises out of RTI application dated 07/01/2013 made before the PIO/Chief Officer, Bicholim Municipal Council, Bicholim Goa regarding certified copies of revised plan, completion certificate and names of the 29 shop owners with the house allotted and occupancy certificate issued in the new Municipal Market Complex 2012.

2) When the appeal came up for hearing on 24/04/2014, the Appellant stated that he has received information and now only wants to pursue the issue of delay/mischief etc. Hence appeal is closed, as partly allowed.

3) Registry to start a new penalty case under new number for the notice already given to PIO and Respondent No. 1, who has filed reply today through Adv. Ghatwal.

4) Closure of this appeal declared in Open Court. Penalty applicant asks for adjournment of the penalty case to 20/06/2014. Accordingly penalty matter is adjourned.
