When the case came up for hearing on 02/01/2015. It is recorded in the Rojnama-

“Appellant present. Advocate Bhagat for PIO. He was given last chance. The citations presented by the Appellant are clearly in his favour.

A criminal case was filed for which present appellant is the person whose house was burgled and he had filed the FIR and police complaint. The plea that giving him certified copies of all papers collected so far in investigation would hamper the investigation and hence applying exemption u/s 8(1) (h) is not acceptable. PIO is hereby ordered to furnish

• All the documents showing progress of investigation as in Q.a.
• Regarding Q.b information regarding investigation officer during 12/07/2011 to 20/10/2012 has not been furnished on 01/12/2012. The same may be furnished .

The FAA’s order 29/04/2013 is hereby set aside. The appellant can approach the PIO within next 30 days and ask for inspection of all files pertaining to investigation in his FIR which shall be provided within 7 days. On appellant identifying the pages needed by him, certified copies of those pages shall be

provided to the appellant on payment. Interim Order declared in Open Court. Received by Advocate Bhagat for PIO. Accordingly PIO to give information adjourned for compliance report to be filed on 20/03/2015.
