This second Appeal arises from the original RTI Application dated 06/11/2012 made to PIO/ Deputy Director, Directorate of Fire & Emergency Services, Panaji, Goa.

When the matter came up for hearing on 09/05/2014 the appellant submitted a letter to withdraw the case which state below,

“I would like to withdraw the matter since I am satisfied with information provided by the concern office.”

Hence, in view of above, the second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Order declared in Open Court. Inform the parties.
