1) This
second appeal arise out of original RTI application dated 05/03/2012
made to PIO/ Dy.
Director of Education(Planning), Directorate of Education, Porvorim,
Bardez, Goa regarding
details of candidates interviewed for the post of Computer Teacher
in the Education Department advertised on 08/11/2010.
2) PIO
has filed a compliance report in respect of two selected candidates.
As the original documents supplied in the Office of Director were not
available, the information was collected from school and given.
3) The
representative of the appellant files a citation in case No.
CIC/DS/A/2013/001788-SA by the CIC which narrates the duty of the
Public Authority and rejects the claim of file being not traceable.

4) In
the instant case however, this citation is not applicable.
Information has been called from the school where it was also
available and given. Unless the appellant shows that it is
incomplete or false or does not meet the requirement of notification,
this reply can be taken as satisfactory.
Hence
appeal is dismissed. Declared in Open Court. Inform the parties.
