INTERIM ORDER (Open Court)
1) This
Complaint is filed on 13/12/2011 and it arises out of original RTI
application made to the PIO of Headmaster Mata Secondary School No. 1
Baina Vasco, Goa.
2) This
case has a small background. The Complainant was a P.T. Teacher
employed with Mata Secondary School Baina. After working there for 4-
5years, he opted to go on deputation for 2 years to a Novodaya School
(which runs under control of Government of India). He continued
deputation for third year and returned to Baina in 1991. At this
point of time he was apparently not allowed to join the Mata
Secondary School and his case for redressal of that grievance is
going on at a different forum.
3) Without
referring to the actual RTI application at this stage, the
Complainant, the PIO namely Headmaster Mata Secondary School No. 1
Baina Vasco, Goa, their advocate Smita Sail and the OSD of Education
Department agree that a new information is being brought up by the
Complainant which needs to be confirmed from the record of the Mata
Secondary School. Complainant claims that his GPF contribution was
being deducted by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti from

to 1991 and was being credited to his GPF/CPF accounts held by the
Mata Secondary School. If this be so then Mata Secondary School may
have credited the said money in his CPF Accounts and he will be
entitled to get it back. The money being received from Navodaya
Vidyalaya Samiti Authority and being further credited with CPF
Commissioner cannot remain untraceable. Thus, he may have his
Provident Fund contribution credited to his GPF/CPF Accounts not only
upto 1988 but upto 1991. The money must definitely figure in the
account book of the school. At this stage the questions of his
service from 1991 till deemed date of his retirement is not before
us. The Respondent No. 1 agrees to get the above information on next
date of hearing.
